En cumplimiento con el  Real Decreto 933/2021, de 26 de octubre, con entrada en vigor el 2 de diciembre de 2024, las agencias de viaje estamos obligados a recopilar y registrar un amplio conjunto de datos personales de los participantes usuarios finales de los servicios turísticos, incluyendo información identificativa, detalles de contacto, fechas de estancia y otros datos relacionados con el uso de servicios contratados. Le rogamos cumplimente el siguiente cuestionario sin el cual no podemos tramitar la asistencia al evento.
Así mismo le informamos que sus datos serán tratados única y exclusivamente para tal fin y que no se cederán a terceros no implicados en la gestión de su reserva.

Por imperativo legal, Imagine Events S.L.L. con CIF: B86404225, archivará estos durante tres años. Al término serán destruidos según la normativa vigente de aplicación en la fecha de caducidad.
